On the occasion of International Museum Day, on May 14, 2022, we invited the first visitors to the construction site of the Lost Shtetl Museum. A large group of people from Šeduva, Radviliškis, Kaunas, and Vilnius showed up for the 30-minute tours that lasted from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
During the tours, visitors had a unique opportunity to see the exterior and interior structures of the building, various shades of concrete, and the galleries, where the stories of the Jews of Šeduva and all the shtetls will be told.
The guests agreed that they are all looking forward to 2024 - when the Lost Shtetl Museum will be finished and fully open to the public.
