In 2015, the Šeduva Jewish Memorial Foundation donated a Ford Transit ambulance to the Radviliškis region.
The Radviliškis Emergency Aid Center’s director Irena Palionienė says that this was the first time in independent Lithuania that a new and fully equipped ambulance had been donated to a health care institution. The vehicle is equipped for children, adult patients, and expectant mothers.
When asked about the donation, the Šeduva Jewish Memorial Foundation director Jonas Heraklis Dovydaitis said: "Friends have to stick together in joy and in sorrow. The life of our foundation is closely connected with the Radviliškis region and especially with Šeduva. In Šeduva, the foundation is building the world-class Lost Shtetl Museum. Our sincere and meaningful cooperation must continue."
